Mr. Nuttapont Thepsarn
Nuttapont is our partner and head of Litigation department, where his practice encompasses a wide range of complex litigation matters both in civil and criminal courts. He appears in court for major national corporates or financial institutions, practicing principally in family law, banking and finance, securities litigation, regulatory defence work and white-collar crime. His experience includes: proceedings before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Administrative Court.

Ms. Nisa Akarawuttiwong
Nisa is our partner and co-head of Corporate practice. She specialises in all areas of IP litigation and advisory work. She has wide experience of patent, trade mark, internet domain name, copyright, design and confidential information disputes. She also has experience in a wide range of commercial and corporate finance matters. Her practice concentrates on ASEAN M&A transactions, with a particular focus on Singapore.

Mr. Porama Ruanphet
Porama is our partner and co-head of Corporate department. With more than 10 years of experience in advising international and domestic companies on a broad range of corporate transactions. He has been advising national and international corporations on complex national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as on Thai corporate, take-over and related capital market law, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, corporate tax, foreign investment and employment matters. He regularly advises multinational corporate, family owned companies and individual clients on financings and corporate investment in a range of many sectors for joint venture contracts, shareholder agreements, government concessions, offtake contracts and general project development.
